Our Client Requires
The Director, Global HR Business Partner, acts as the primary and single point of contact for the Business/Function Heads on all HR strategic matters and serves as an in-house consultant for effective HR management. He/she will represent HR on the business table while becoming a strategic partner and trusted advisor to BU/Function Heads. He/she will act as a bridge between BU/Function and Group HR/HR CoE, in this instance the Consumer Goods Business Unit and Healthcare Business Unit.
Your Role
- Represent HR on the business table while becoming a strategic partner and trusted advisor to BU/Function Heads and builds a strong business partnering relationship with the BU/Function stakeholders
- Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs proactively, responsible for aligning business objectives with people management in designated BU/Functions
- Support the implementation of HR strategy that drive innovation and employee engagement and to improve business performance
- Manages complex and difficult HR projects BU/Functions specific
- Actively identify gaps and propose solutions to HR CoE and implement changes
- Facilitates and advise Group HR team to bring best HR solutions for BU/Functions
- Successfully implement and rollout HR processes to designated BU/Functions globally
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management of BU/Functions
- In coordination with Recruitment and Talent Lifecycle Management teams create a strong bench for key talents externally and internally to support steady and sustainable business growth of the Company
- Challenges the staffing of BU/Functions and proposes cost effective solutions for workforce optimisation
- Acts as a catalyst to lead changes in BU/Functions
- Provide advice and expertise to resolve HR issues and/or complex people related issues that arise within BU/Functions
- Partner with HR CoE in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HR processes, policies and services for the BU/Functions while integrating and sharing best practices
- Guide and influences key stakeholders on HR matters to ensure effective and compliant HR solutions
- Quality of hire within designated BU/Functions
- Voluntary attrition rate within designated BU/Functions
- Feedback from BU/Function Heads with regards to performance management within designated BU/Functions
- Feedback from BU/Function Heads with regards to implementation of HR strategy within designated BU/Functions
- Support BU/Functions in optimizing HR cost
- Lead people management issues and HR Global initiatives with the designated BU/Functions
- Lead HR change management and manage the HR related internal and external communication with the relevant parties
- Takes the lead to identify gaps, proposes and implement the changes necessary to cover the risks
Qualifications
- Degree in HR or Business Management
- High proficiency level in English
- In-depth experience in Human Resources Management as HRBP
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar business partnering role with a global/regional exposure
- Strong business acumen and very good command on HR processes and solutions
- Very good project management and change management skills
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Candidate currently based in Thailand, Bangkok would be ideal
- A strong solution focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands quality deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up sleeves”
- Must be comfortable in dealing with the senior executive team members
