Your Role
- Manage all HR related activities and HR relationships
- Align HR strategy to the business strategy; lead the adaptation of global/regional HR strategy, policies and procedures
- Lead the country HR team to implement HR products, processes and policies across the business area
- Ensure management of effective recruitment process engaging with regional resourcing team as required
- Drive the People Plan for the business ensuring delivery of HR solutions that generate a positive impact on business performance
- Manage regulatory, compliance and audit requirements
- Assure compliance with local laws, raise risk awareness and maintain good internal governance within HR
- Lead the country HR team to implement HR products, processes and policies across the business area
- Deliver process improvement in country to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function
Qualifications
- 10 years of solid experience in Human Resources management
- University graduate in Human Resources/Business Management, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
