Our client is seeking a Vice President Revenue Management, Asia to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and foster talent development within the corporate and property revenue teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve key commercial metrics, establishing a robust stakeholder accountability framework, and cultivating a change-oriented culture. What you’ll do:

As Vice President Revenue Management, Asia, you will play an instrumental role in collaboration with the commercial and operational teams across the geographic region. Your main task will be fostering a culture focused on results, establishing a comprehensive framework for internal stakeholder accountability, and spearheading the execution of the region’s revenue strategy. This involves leveraging technical systems for optimisation, championing automation, and enhancing revenue management practices through the strategic use of data, insights, and communication.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve key annual commercial metrics including RGI, Loyalty, channel mix, TARS contribution, RPS, and RevPAR
  • Act as an ambassador when interacting with owners, supporting them in their requests and explaining the function and ongoing initiatives to support topline performance
  • Identify and concentrate on priority hotels that are key to maximising top line and/or fee generation
  • Formulate strategies to support the automation of manual processes in revenue management processes through efficient system use
  • Ensure that Revenue Managers receive proper training and adhere to best practices in daily operations
  • Spearhead the Revenue Futures program to develop the next generation of Revenue Managers across the region
  • Work with the BI team to develop and deliver market forecasts for key sub-markets, utilizing these forecasts to enhance strategic top-line performance


What you bring:

The ideal Vice President of Revenue Management, Asia will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Management with regional responsibilities. She will have a track record of developing and implementing profitable strategies. Proficient in cultural alignment and change management within the region, she will be skilled in Revenue Management techniques and strategies. She will have proven ability in timely project execution and experience in training and promoting systems best practices.
